We're a residential condo development inside a subdivision where homeowners could enjoy a clean environment and well-kept neighborhood. On top of that, the Sky Garden on top of every tower provides a safe recreational area for the family.
We have studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom condo units depending on the tower. As of now, only two and three-bedroom units are available since other types have been sold out.
The down payment is 10% of the Selling Price, whether the condominium unit is availed via an in-house or a bank financing program.
The current rate is P55/square meter.
The Closing Fee (CF) is equivalent to 10% of the Selling Price. Also known as Titling and Miscellaneous Fees, CF is primarily used to transfer the title of the condo unit to your name.
Yes. The land and the towers are both owned by Land Cris Somerset so perpetual ownership is provided.

Simply accomplish the Reservation Application (RA) and the Buyer Information Sheet (BIS), and pay the corresponding Reservation Fee (RF). Please submit a photocopy of valid ID and proof of income as well. 
All of our units are semi-furnished, ready with doors, flooring, partitions, bedroom, overhead kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, shower enclosure, and other unit essentials.
If you are on an in-house financing program, moving in is allowed upon completion of the Down Payment, Closing Fees, and Move In Fees.

If you are on a bank or Pag-ibig financing program, moving in is allowed once upon completion of the Down Payment, Closing Fees, and Move In Fees, and the release of Loan Take Out.

Yes, foreigners are welcome to be part of the Lancris Residences community. However, please understand that the number of foreigner owners in a condo property is restricted by Philippine laws.
Yes, parking spaces are a separate property.
Yes, we allow a maximum of two pet animals per unit. The pets should be at most 15 inches tall.
Unit owners are encouraged to segregate and place the materials in the garbage bin at the basement of the towers.
The exterior of the curtains and blinds should be white.
Yes. All cars should be registered at the Property Management Office (PMO) and bear the official property sticker for easier identification at the Gateway.
The Property Management Office (PMO) requests for a Letter of Intent (LOI) that mentions the scope of work, plan details, and bill of materials.
Currently, we have PLDT for Internet and Telephone connection. We also subscribe to Maynilad for water supply and MERALCO for electricity. All of these are ready upon move in.
